Easy Housing has in-depth knowledge of legislation, insurance matters and handling potential problems. This allows us to navigate you safely through the entire process. All our homes are fully furnished and ready to move in. With stylish Nordic décor, modern kitchen appliances, smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi, we ensure a high standard. There will be bed linen and towels, as well as an Easy Housing Basic Kit with the most common necessities such as toilet paper, dish tabs, soap etc. Please note that changes to the contents of the Basic Kit may occur.
Types of homes for rent
At Easy Housing, we have a wide range of homes to suit different needs and preferences. We have furnished homes with between 1 to 5 rooms, so both expatss living on their own and expats bringing a partner or family can stay in our homes. Whether it's a short-term or long-term temporary solution, we have flexible options. Our homes are ideal for expats who want a simple and practical solution. These apartments are equipped with everything needed to move straight in.
With central locations close to public transportation and shopping, our accommodation is practical and convenient. For families with children, we offer extra amenities such as a baby cot, changing table and high chair. We prioritize accessibility and have many apartments on the ground floor or with an elevator.

Easy and convenient process
We know that moving to a new country can be overwhelming and that you want the best start for your employee's new life in Denmark. That's why we've created a simple and efficient process for expats, which typically looks like this:
1. REQUEST FROM COMPANY
Your company contacts us directly, unless you have outsourced the task to a relocation agent. We work with several relocation companies.
2. BOLIGMATCH
Together with the company, we map out what requirements, needs and preferences the home should meet.
We match the employee with one or more of our move-in ready homes that meet needs such as number of bedrooms, location, access to public transportation, accessibility and more. You present the suggestions to the employee who selects the best match. If not in the first round, then in the second.
3. CONTRACT AND INVOICING
We quickly prepare a contract to be returned with a signature from the expat employee. We also create a Housing Confirmationwhich documents that the employee has a valid address for their stay in Denmark.
Your company is the formal tenant and we send a single invoice for the entire period.
4. WELCOME LETTER
Before moving in, we send a welcome letter with general information and key handover instructions.
5. CONTRIBUTION
Both personal key handover and contactless key collection are available around the clock.
6. ONGOING SUPPORT
Our team is available to handle any practical challenges or questions that your expat may have. We are used to working with people from all over the world.
7. REMOVAL
When relocation is approaching, we contact the expatemployee and agree how the key handover will take place.

WHO WILL PAY THE RENT?
The company is the tenant of the accommodation and responsible for paying the rent.
WHAT HOME EQUIPMENT SHOULD MY EMPLOYEE BRING?
In addition to furnishings and housing equipment, your employee can expect duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels when they arrive. There will also be an Easy Housing Basic Kit with toilet paper, paper towels, dishcloths, etc. to give your employee a good start to their new life in Denmark. Please note that changes to the contents of the Basic Kit may occur.
HOW DO I GIVE MY EXPAT EMPLOYEE THE KEY IF, FOR EXAMPLE, THEY ARRIVE AT NIGHT?
We can arrange a face-to-face meeting, but there are also more flexible options if your employee arrives outside our opening hours.
