To ensure high quality and a positive living experience for our tenants, Easy Housing sets a number of specific requirements for the properties we list.
PURPOSE OF THE RESIDENCE
The property must be used exclusively for rental purposes and may not be intended for the landlord's personal residence.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
We work exclusively with properties that can be rented for a minimum period of 3 years.
BATHING FACILITIES
The residence must be equipped with simple and modern bathroom facilities, including a separate shower stall.
INSTALLATIONS
A washing machine and a dishwasher must be installed.
HOME INTERIOR DESIGN
At a minimum, the home must have a living room and 1–3 bedrooms.

When you rent through us, you're not renting to just anyone. You're renting to people who need a temporary solution during a difficult time. And you do it through a professional operator who knows the rules, takes responsibility and takes care of the practicalities.
We have solid experience with both the Tenancy Act for relocation, insurance terms and the many pitfalls that can occur in rentals. This means that you can feel safe even if you don't meet the tenants yourself.
When you rent through Easy Housing, you get access to a rental model where private rental for rehousing differs positively from regular private rental.
1. Short, controlled rental periods
Most relocations last between 1 and 12 months. This means we have more frequent access to the property than if you were renting to a long-term tenant. We inspect, maintain and handle tenant turnover - quickly and efficiently.
2. Less use, less wear and tear
Because some homes are empty between rentals, there is less overall wear and tear over time. When the property is not permanently occupied, many landlords find that maintenance costs are lower than with continuous rentals.
3. Maintenance is included
We take care of the ongoing maintenance between rentals. This includes cleaning, small repairs and making sure everything is working properly before the next tenant moves in. If damage occurs during a relocation, we pay for the repairs - not you.

WHAT ARE EASY HOUSING'S REQUIREMENTS FOR HOUSING?
The property must be intended exclusively for rental (not for the landlord’s private use), be available for rent for at least 3 years, have modern bathroom facilities with a separate shower stall, a washing machine and dishwasher, and at least one living room and 1–3 bedrooms.
WHO WILL BE LIVING IN MY HOME?
Typically, families and individuals who are temporarily homeless due to water damage, fire, a rat infestation, or mold—as well as expats assigned to Danish companies. Rentals are handled through Easy Housing, a professional agency that knows the rules and takes responsibility.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE?
Easy Housing handles ongoing maintenance between rentals—cleaning, minor repairs, and checking to make sure everything is working properly. If damage occurs during a move-in, we’ll pay for the repairs—not you.
HOW LONG ARE THE RENTAL PERIODS?
Most short-term rentals last between 1 and 12 months. This allows for more frequent access to the property than with long-term rentals, and because the property is not occupied on a permanent basis, many landlords experience less overall wear and tear over time.
