General information about personal data

Personal data is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information, e.g. through general access to content. We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP address and geographical location. To the extent that you unambiguously consent to this and enter the information yourself, we also process a number of personal data, which will typically be in connection with the completion of contact information in the contact form on the website.

Purpose

There will be a specific purpose for the collection of all information, whether it is via cookies or via the information you provide us with via our website. For a description of the purpose of each cookie, see the cookie bar. If it is personal information you enter yourself on the website, the purpose will be to be contacted by an employee from Easy Housing. We only retrieve this information if you enter it yourself.

Specific to the mdreferrer cookie

The mdreferrer cookie is used to map your actions on our website so that our employees can see which pages you have visited. We do this to provide you with a better service. This cookie will be linked to your phone number if you have entered it, but will never be disclosed to anyone outside Easy Housing. Your consent can always be withdrawn.

Storage period

The data is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary for the primary purpose. The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted, but we refer to current legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective from 25/5-18, as well as the Danish Bookkeeping Order.

Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on "Cookies" above. The information is used for targeting advertising.
We also use third parties to store and process data. These only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection, where we can ensure a transfer basis. Data will only be transferred to third parties in the United States if they are certified through the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield agreement.

Safety and security

We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Insights and complaints

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
